1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Place ingredients into blender, preferably a powerful blender. (I use a Vitamix)
Blend on high until you have a consistent powdered texture. The time varies depending on the power of your blender.
Do no open blender immediately. Let the powder settle to avoid a mess in the kitchen and breathing in the dust.
Makes about 2 cups
