Diary of a Homesteader

I think we can all agree that 2020 was a roller coaster of a year.  When years like 2020 happen, (and there have been NO other years comparable) it is easy to get bogged down in the challenges and negative aspects.  My year has been chocked FULL of  challenge.  I could very easily decide to dwell on the negatives, but I am adding a challenge to my voluntarily….hep, I’ve probably lost my mind!  But I am choosing to challenge myself to keep a “diary” of sorts of my Modern Homesteading life.  I hope to add daily, but the reality will be that I will be lucky to remember to post weekly.  But, I will offer myself grace, and accept what I can do.  I would like to invite you along in the upcoming year.  There will be days that will seem mundane to me, but there may be things that I can share or we can discuss that will be meaningful to someone.  If this page serves no other purpose, I hope that it will allow me to end 2021 with a record of positive events, lessons learned, and reminders of how blessed my life is, even when not everything goes as planned.
